Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the item you want.

Once you're done shopping, click on the cart icon at the top-right corner of the page and proceed to checkout. During checkout, you’ll be asked to provide your shipping information, select a payment method, and confirm your order. When will I get my order?
At Irffinity, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days, which means we prepare, pack, and ship your order within that time. After your order is shipped, delivery times typically range from 7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. In some cases, international or remote locations may experience longer delivery times. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your package is shipped, so you can follow its journey right to your door.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you’ve entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@irffinity.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address for you. However, once the order is processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes, and Irffinity cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order to avoid any issues.
